Your role

- Enter orders into the SAP system in line with the details of the received Quotation, and customer orders, and ensure up-to-date data availability for departments (e.g. procurement, logistics, and sales) in different operating companies. Maintain order tracking
- Control, confirm, and expedite (externally/internally) received customer orders, in line with order planning, ensuring correct and timely delivery of products, services, and projects
- Create a project, service order, or sales order
- Confirm order acceptance and delivery times to customers
- Maintain communication on order status
- Check on the prices, and discounts; create invoice calculations and invoices
- Co-operate with sales, sales support, procurement, finance, and logistics for any technical/commercial/logistic/accounting information, if necessary
- Co-ordinate order management process of projects involving multiple stakeholders
