Your role
- Data gathering, record and process financial transactions for internal financial reports and tax returns,
including:
- Ensure both monthly actual reports and quarterly Forecasts approved by management
- Perform quarterly balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain the chart of accounts for proper costs allocation
- Provide all requested financial information necessary for tax provision calculations
- Serve as primary liaison for external audits and prepare documentation
- Contribute to the Budget preparation and Forecasts of the future income and expenditure
- In each quarter, run a 5-quarter rolling Forecast based on a monthly basis
- Support development of control activities and company procedures
- Build forms and documents aimed at supporting governance
including:
- Accounts payable (incl. processing invoices with POs)
- Accounts receivable (incl. processing invoices)
- General ledgers
- Payroll integration
- Bank accounts and reconciliation
- Tax claims, including VAT and public authorities
- Run vendors’ invoices and T&E expenses reports payment cycles
- Conduct the entire monthly closing:
- Process month-end journal entries
- Prepare financial statements under local GAAP
- Integrate subsidiaries reporting (o/w CFL with monthly consolidation)
- Report financial information to key stakeholders

Your profile
- 5+ years’ experience in finance field
- Degree in accounting
- Understanding of DUTCH GAAP (familiar with US GAAP if possible)
- Practical as well as theoretical knowledge of various accounting and financial software
- Able to guide and advise key stakeholders on finance related matters
- Curious to learn and understand business
- Collaborative and flexible style
- Good written and communication abilities
- Be able to speak and write English and Dutch
- Degree in accounting
